Inspire Chiropractic is a nervous system-based chiropractic office located in Ozark, Missouri. Our mission is to assess and care for each individual as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms.
Rather than chasing symptoms or simply treating pain, we dig deeper to find the "why" behind what you're experiencing. Pain is often the last sign that something has gone wrong. True health is about how well your body is functioning and adapting, not just how you feel.

INSURANCE & PRICING
Does Inspire Chiropractic take Insurance?
We do not contract directly with insurance companies. Our focus is on working directly with you, not a third party, so we can provide the highest quality care without limitations or restrictions.
We believe your health decisions should be made between you and your provider, not dictated by insurance policies. This model allows us to spend more time with patients and offer truly individualized care.
The good news? Our pricing is designed to be affordable and transparent. If your insurance plan includes chiropractic benefits, we're happy to provide itemized documentation (superbills) that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Absolutely! HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds can be used for chiropractic care at Inspire Chiropractic.
What do chiropractic prices look like?
We are always upfront with service fees and you will be given choices before any services are rendered. We are able to offer prices that are typically less than what insurance providers allow.

Do you see babies and kids at Inspire Chiropractic?
Yes! Our practitioners are trained in pediatric chiropractic adjusting and we love caring for little ones.
Birth is tough work for both mothers and babies. There are a lot of pressures and forces exerted on your baby during their journey into the world. Checking babies sooner rather than later helps reduce many health challenges later in life.
Potential signs of spinal nerve stress in infants include: sleep disturbances, nursing difficulties, and inability to be soothed and settled.
Our goal is to gently and safely return children to a state of ease.
Do you see pregnant women at Inspire Chiropractic?
Yes! Our practitioners are trained in prenatal chiropractic care for all peri-natal phases including fertility, conception, prenatal, birth, and postpartum.
Research shows that prenatal chiropractic care can contribute to a more straightforward labor with less pain and trauma for mother and child. It can improve the balance and alignment of the spine and pelvis and provide a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery for both mother and baby.
We are Webster Technique certified, a chiropractic technique specifically developed for use during pregnancy to support pelvic alignment and optimal fetal positioning.
WHAT TO EXPECT
I don't like the popping sound. Can you adjust me without it?
Absolutely. One of the great benefits of chiropractic care is that there are many different techniques. Our practitioners are trained and proficient in instrument-assisted adjusting and drop table techniques, both of which allow for effective adjustments without the cracking or popping sound.
We always want you to feel comfortable. Just let us know your preference at your first visit.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit at Inspire Chiropractic is all about getting to know you. We'll take a thorough health history, discuss what's brought you in, and perform a comprehensive exam to assess your spine, posture, and movement.
From there, we'll explain exactly what we found and walk you through a care plan tailored to your specific goals, whether that's pain relief, performance, pregnancy support, or general wellness.

Can chiropractic care help with sciatica?
Yes. Sciatica is one of the most common conditions we see at Inspire Chiropractic. The sciatic nerve runs from the lower back through the hips and down each leg. When the spine or pelvis is misaligned, it can create pressure on that nerve.
Chiropractic adjustments, combined with targeted stretches and corrective exercises, can help reduce that pressure, relieve pain, and prevent it from coming back. Our YouTube channel also has free exercise tutorials specifically for hip and sciatic relief.
Do you have exercise videos I can follow at home?
Yes! We post free chiropractic exercise and stretch tutorials on our YouTube channel. Videos cover everything from sciatica relief and hip stretches to core strengthening and posture correction.
We also give every patient a personalized home exercise plan at their visit, so you always know exactly what to do between appointments.
